摘　　要：介绍了传统艾灸法的功效与不足及据此研制出一种能代替传统灸疗法的电子灸疗仪。它利用电阻发热的原理,以电流大小调温,其温控电路温控范围为46℃～52℃,且恒温,误差在±0.5℃内。由电阻发热产生的全波谱红外线也提高了仪器的临床疗效和适用范围。为保证灸疗仪使用安全,特设计有保护电路,即当灸头断线或温度传感器开路时,电路即断电,停止加热,避免灼伤患者。仪器设有四路输出,可供四人同时治疗或一人同时治疗四个不同穴位。因该灸疗仪与传统艾灸法相比有一系列优点,故可预见它必有良好的应用前景。This article introduces the efficiency and deficiency of the traditional moxibustion therapy firstly. Therefore, a novel electronic moxibustion apparatus, which could replace traditional therapy, was developed.It utilizes the principle of resistance radiation to adjust the temperature by current.The temperature range is from 46℃to 52℃ , and the temperature is so invariable that the difference is between ± 0.5℃.The full - wave infrared ray generated by resistance radiation improve the clinical effect and the applicability of this instrument.To confirm the safety, there is a protecting circuit in the moxibustion apparatus, the principle is: when the moxibustion header is broken or the circuit of temperature transducer is disconnected, the circuit is cut and stops heating to avoid burning the patient. There are four outputs in this instrument to let four persons use together or one person treat four different points simultaneously.This electronic moxibustion apparatus should has promising application future since it has many advantages comparing with the traditional ther- apy.
