补肾益气活血法治疗脑血管性痴呆的体会

摘　　要：目的 研究中药补肾益气活血法治疗脑血管性痴呆的疗效。方法 分析30例脑血管性痴呆患者的临床资料,给予中药补肾益气活血自拟方,水煎服日1剂,分2次服,60d 1疗程,治疗2个疗程,并配合心理疏导,智能训练。治疗期间,停用明显扩张血管及改善脑代谢的药物。结果 治愈9例,有效17例,无效4例,总有效率86.6％。结论 补肾益气活血法中药治疗脑血管性痴呆,可兴奋脑组织,健脑益智,改善患者记忆力,提高计算、判断、识别力和思维能力,显著提高患者的生活能力。Objective To investigate the state of the treatment of the patients of cerebral vascular demential with Chinese herbs by nourishing the kidey, adding the qi and activating the blood. Methods We analyzed the clinical data of 30 cerebral vascular demential patients, who were treated with Chinese herbs by nourishing the kidey, adding the qi and activating the blood, the herbs were decoted in water for oraldose.Every decoction was taken twice each day, One course consisted of 60 days.The patients were treated for 2 Courses.In addition, vascular expander and medicine improving the cerebral metabolism were stopped. Results 9 were cured, 17 were effective and 4 were ineffective. General effective rate was 86.6 % . Conclusion Chinese herbs by nourishing the kidey, adding the qi and activating the blood can excite cerebral tissue, improve the ability of memory, judgement, calculia etc, They are feasible and necessary.
