龙威口服液对小鼠免疫功能的调节

摘　　要：目的 研究中药制剂龙威口服液扶正固本作用的机制。方法 通过检测小鼠细胞毒性T细胞(CTL)杀伤活性、T淋巴细胞亚群、IgG水平来观察龙威口服液对免疫功能的调节作用。结果 龙威口服液可提高小鼠CTL细胞毒活性和增加小鼠CD4^+和CD8^+T细胞数量;使小鼠的IgG产生具有一定的正向调节作用,以中等剂量组作用明显。结论 中药制剂龙威口服液扶正固本作用的机制是免疫增强作用。Objective To verify machanism that Long Wei juice have the function of strengthening the body resistence. Methods The experimental study was performed by three methods, test CTL cells activity test, Tcell subsetstest, and serum IgG ELBA test. Results Long Wei juice improve cytotoxic activity by CTL cells against target cells of P815 cells and up - regulate the number of CEW+ T cells、CD8+ T cell and the level of IgG of mice; showed obvious effect in middle dosege.Conclusions The function of strengthening the body resistence of Long Wei juice is immune enhancement.
