摘　　要：通过对我院保健体育课实施运动处方教学实践,运动处方能较好地帮助学生调整心理状态,掌握康复技能及保健知识,增强体能,加快康复速度,提高康复效果。The practical use of exercise prescription in the P.E. of health protection in our collage shows that it can help students adapt their psychological state, grasp the skills of recovery and the knowledge of health protection, build up their bodies, speed up the recovery and improve the effect of recovery.
