芦荟组培苗移栽与叶面施肥配套技术

摘　　要：以美国库拉索芦荟组培苗为试材 ,通过正交试验 ,对已生根大苗及未生根小苗用促根剂处理后分别进行移栽与扦插试验 ,同时对已成活的营养钵组培苗进行叶面施肥试验 .经直观分析和方差分析 ,探讨了不同促根剂以及叶面施肥配方的差异显著性 .结果表明 :1已生根大苗移栽新根促根剂最佳配方为 IBA2 0 mg/L+青霉素 5 0 0 mg/L+ NAA2 0 mg/L;2未经生根培养的小苗扦插用促根剂最佳配方为 IBA10 mg/L+ NAA10 mg/L + VB1 10 mg/L;3叶面肥最佳配方为 Ca Cl2 .7H2 O40 0 mg/L + Mg SO4 .H2 O40 0 mg/L+NH4 NO380 0Tissue culture plantlets of American Aloe L. were used as materials for transplanting (rooting ones) and cutting (uprooted ones) respectively after being treated with rooting reagent by Normal Cross test. Lea fertilization was employed to the plantlets cultivated in nutrient pots. And by means of direct measure and standard analysis, the significant difference among different rooting reagents and leaf fertilization compounding was also studied. The results show that:(1)The best rooting reagent for the rooting plantlets is 'IBA20mg/L+penicillin 500 mg/L+NAA 20 mg/L'; (2)The best for uprooted plantlets is'IBA 10 mg/L+NAA 10 mg/L+VB 1 10 mg/L'; (3)The best leaf fertilization compounding is 'CaCl 2·7H 2O 400 mg/L+MgSO4·H 2O 400 mg/L+NH 4NO 3 800 mg/L'.
