球墨铸铁断裂韧性随温度变化规律的研究

摘  要:本文运用Rauh和Bullough及国内研究者提出的裂纹应力场中点缺陷的迁移规律 ,研究了球墨铸铁断裂韧性Kc随温度T变化的规律。结果表明 :球墨铸铁断裂韧性随温度的提高而降低 ;Kc 计算值和实测值吻合较好。In this paper,the authors try to investigate the possible relation between the fracture toughness Kc and the temperature T for nodular cast iron,who are ues the results from Rauh,Bullough and the domestic studies in the rules of the stress-driven migration of point defects to a crack,the following results are observed through the test.\;The fracture toughness of nodular cast iron decrease as temperature increase.The results seem in good as compared with the calculated fracture toughness and the tested fracture toughness.
