摘　　要：统计是认识社会最有力的武器之一 ,它不仅是一门学科 ,还是一门实用性非常强的方法 ,这种方法产生于统计的基本思想。Statistics is one of the most powerful weapons for the human being to recognize the society. It is not only a science but also a highly practical method. This kind of method is guided by the materialism and dialectics of Marxism.
