摘　　要：可视化信息服务是在虚拟现实(VR)、地理信息系统(GIS)、Internet、Intranet和多媒体数据库等技术的基础上发展起来的一种新型的信息服务模式,其中涉及到复杂的信息类型(二维地图、三维模型、视频、音频、图象、文字,等等)以及这些信息类型之间的交互.为了有效地描述和传输这些信息,本文提出了一种基于XML的可视化信息服务集成语言VISIL,并在此基础上构建了一个分布式的可视化信息服务体系结构.研究表明:VISIL的引入,简化了通信协议,增强了系统的可靠性和可伸缩性,使不同平台、不同应用程序、不同语言之间信息描述和交换成为可能.最后给出了VISIL解析器的一种实现原型.Visual information service (VIS) is a new kind of information service model developed on techniques of VR, GIS, Internet, Intranet and multimedia database, which involves both comprehensive information types such as 2D map, 3D models, video, audio, picture, text, and interactions of the information. In order to effectively descript and transmit these types of information, an XML-based Visual Information Service Integral Language (VISIL) is developed in this paper, which is used to construct a distributed visual information service framework. It is demonstrated by research that VISIl is capable of simplifying transmission protocol and boosting up reliability and scalability of the system, thus makes it possible for information from different platforms, different application software, and different languages to be described and transmitted. A realization model of VISIL parser is given in the last part.
