摘　　要：提出浦东交警GIS系统的结构框架,并为探讨技术上的可行性而开发了一系统演示版。系统展现在用户面前的是二维平面地图、影像图及三维主干道模拟场景图相结合的图文并茂的可视化地理信息系统。系统的新颖之处在于把二维和三维图形有机的结合起来,并在二维地图中引入了影像图,使用户能通过Internet管理交通设施,并能浏览道路及各种交通设施的三维模拟图。In the paper, we propose the frame of PuDong Traffic Cop GIS system, and develop a DEMO for studying the feasibility in technique. The system shows a visual GIS for users, which is consisted of a two-dimensional map, a DOM map and a virtual three-dimensional map of main roads. The innovation of the system is that it combines 2D map and 3D map organically, and adds the DOM map into 2D map. The users can manage their traffic facilities via Internet, and also can navigate various traffic facilities in the three-dimensional virtual reality maps.
