摘　　要：针对廉租房的建设、供应运行机制及管理体制 ,借鉴国外经验 ,结合我国实际 ,提出观点与建议 ;并对廉租房的资金筹措、房源途径、对象管理及配套政策等方面 ,提出相应对策。In this paper, the construction of cheap rent housing, its supply,mechanism of operation, and system of management are discussed with the reference of the experience of other countries and the reality of our country. The authors' view and suggestion are given. Also given are the problem of finance the sources of such housing, the objects of management, and relevant policies.
