摘　　要：目的　统一规范护理目标管理的尺度 ,增强护理管理的科学性 .方法　模糊数学的层次分析方法 .结果　运用层次分析法 ,确定了考核科室护理人员绩、能、德、勤等评价因素的权重 .结论　运用现代科学的管理方法 ,提高了护理管理的水平和效能 ,明确护理管理的目标 。AIM To unify the criteria for nursing management and to improve the level of nursing management. METHODS By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). RESULTS Mathematical results of AHP were obtained by analyzing the factors such as ability, efficiency and working attitude. CONCLUSION By using the modern nursing management methods, it is easy to improve the level of nursing and to activate the staff members for a better nursing procession.
