摘 要:通过将企业作为一种组织形式的博弈分析 ,定义了企业具有共同性的目标 ,就是为所有参与企业的人或组织获得满意的分配 ,所有偏离这一目标的现象被称之为组织目标的异化 .这与传统的企业目标是取得竞争优势有很大的不同 .组织目标的异化是实现组织目标的必要条件 ,因此企业是组织效率和组织目标异化的对立统一 .在竞争的社会中 ,企业的发展实际上是克服组织目标异化的过程 ,这一过程中的不同形态 ,导致了人们对企业认识的不同 .用这一观点 ,企业的研究就不应局限于企业作为个体的兴衰 ,而是把企业作为一种机制 ,研究其在社会中的整体进化 。A firm is analyzed as a kind of organization’s form through the game theory. The common aim of different organizations is defined as that all members in a organization can gain the most satisfied distributions, and any other different aims are called the dissimilation of organization aim. It is different from the traditional aim which is to win competing advantage. The dissimilation of the organization’s aim is necessary for realizing organization’s aim, so that a firm is a unity of organization’s efficincy and the dissimilation of organization’s aim. In a competing society, the development of firms is a process of overcoming the dissimilation of organization’s aim. Different forms of firms bring about different views in this process. On this thinking, firm should be considered as a part of the system instead of an individual unit. The whole development of a firm should be studied in order to understand the essence of a firm and to forecast its future development.
