点刺皮肤试验的组胺阳性对照及临床意义

摘　　要：为观察以 10mg ml的磷酸组胺为点刺试验阳性对照的安全性及反应的程度 ,本文对10 0 0例点刺试验的组胺阳性对照结果进行了统计学分析 ,结果显示以该浓度的磷酸组胺作阳性对照所形成的风团和红晕大小适中、反应清晰且无全身不良反应。风团面积的几何均值为 4 2 1mm2 ,红晕面积的几何均值为 5 6 7 5mm2 ,据此可协助判断皮肤的敏感性。In order to investigate the safety and the reactive degree of Histamine diphosphate 10mg/ml in Histamine positive skin prick testing, the results of skin prick testing were analysed among 1000 patients. We observed that suitable areas of the weal/the flare can be got with Histamine diphosphate 10mg/ml and there were no systemic side effects. The geomean of wheal areas is 42.1mm 2 and that of flare areas is 567.5mm 2. This study may help us to determine the skin sensitivity, to avoid false negative result.
