变应原皮内试验质控的重要意义

摘　　要：选择 10 2例门诊病人 ,其中变应性鼻炎 17例、过敏性哮喘 2 9例、皮肤过敏性疾病 5 6例 ,在同一患者作两种检测方法 ,体内检测为本科自制的粉尘螨 ,体外检测为瑞典法玛西亚公司提供的粉尘螨sIgE检测。将两者比较 ,皮试与sIgE检测结果的阴性符合率为 84 .78%、阳性符合率为6 4 .2 8% ,充分体现了变态反应护理工作做好技术质控、变应原皮试标准化质控、使用时间质控、结果判断质控的重要意义 ,它可使皮内试验的安全性和可靠性提高 。clinical patients (17 with allergic rhinitis, 29 with asthma, 56 with allergic dermatitis) were selected for skin test (with DF prepared by our laboratory )or serum DF sIgE detection ( DF gifted by Pharmacia ). Comparing the results of the two methods, skin test and sIgE are in 84.78% negative accordance and 64.28% positve accordance. The results implied the importance on quality control of nurse operation, allergic test standardization, time of using allergen and results evaluation. It will enhance the safety and reliability of skin test. It is also fundamental for clinical diagnosis and treatment for allergic disease.
