摘  要:目的:探讨阿魏酸钠对心肌缺血/再灌注损伤在体大鼠心功能的作用。方法:通过结扎大鼠冠状动脉左室前降支造成心肌缺血/再灌注损伤模型,观察静脉内注射阿魏酸钠对缺血/再灌注损伤过程中血流动力学的影响和缺血心肌 Na^+-K^+-ATP 酶活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果:阿魏酸钠能够减轻心肌缺血/再灌注损伤大鼠左心室内压(LVP)振幅、左心室内压最大上升与下降速率(±dp/dt_(max))及动脉血压振幅的下降,并能够使缺血心肌组织 Na^+-K^+-ATP 酶活性及 MDA 含量降低。结论:阿魏酸钠能够减轻心肌缺血/再灌注引起的心功能损害,其机制可能与其改善能量代谢和抑制自由基的生成或清除氧自由基的作用有关。Objective:To investigate the effects of sodium ferulate (SF) on the cardiac function in myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.Methods:The myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury model was established by means of the ligation of left anterior descending branch of coronary artery in rats.The hemodynamic effects of intravenously administered SF during myocardial ischemia/reperfusion, the Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity and the malondialdehyde (MDA) content in ischemic myocardium were observed.Results:The experi- mental results revealed that SF could abate the amplitude of left ventricular pressure (LVP),the±dp/dt_(max) and the lowering of ampli- tude of arterial pressure in rat heart damaged by ischemia/reperfusion.The SF also could reduce the Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity and the level of MDA production in the ischemic myocardium.Conclusion:The effect of SF could alleviate the myocardial ischemic/reperfusion injury caused myocardial dysfunction,and its mechanism could be the improving of energy metabolism,the inhibition of free radicals pro- duction,and the scavenging of oxygen free radicals.
