柴葛通脉口服液对实验性高脂血症家兔降脂作用及动脉内膜脂质沉积的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察柴葛通脉口服液对实验性高脂血症家兔的治疗作用及其对冠状动脉和主动脉内膜脂质沉积的影响。方法:取雄性新西兰家兔制成高脂血症模型,分别给予不同剂量的柴葛通脉口服液和月见草油治疗20天,心脏取血测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG);摘取心脏和主动脉,常规处理后观察冠状动脉及主动脉内膜斑块情况。结果:柴葛通脉口服液和月见草油组血清 TC、TG 均明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05);冠状动脉内膜和主动脉内膜脂质沉积也明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:柴葛通脉口服液具有较好的降脂作用和抗动脉粥样硬化作用。Objective:To observe the therapeutical effect of Chaige Tongmai(CGTM) Oral Liquid and the effect of lipid deposit on tunica inti- ma of coronary artery and aorta of experimental hyperlipidemic rabbits.Methods:The hyperlipidemic model was established with New Zealand rabbits,then various dosages of CGTM and evening primrose oil (EPO) was administered for 20 days.The intracardial blood TC and TG was determined,remove the heart and aorta,the plaques on the intima of coronary artery,and aorta was observed.Results: In comparing with control,the serum TC and TG of CGTM group and EPO group were significantly reduced (P<0.01,P<0.05); the intima lipid deposit of coronary artery and aorta decreased obviously (P<0.01).Conclusion:CGTM has beneficial anti-hyperlipide- mic and anti-atherosclerotic effects.
