疏肝中药对应激小鼠血浆cAMP、cGMP及胸腺细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝中药对应激小鼠血浆cAMP、cGMP 及胸腺细胞凋亡的影响,探讨疏肝中药增强应激小鼠免疫功能的机制。方法:使用束缚应激模型。束缚前灌服疏肝中药,检测疏肝中药对束缚应激小鼠血浆 cAMP、cGMP 含量,cAMP/cGMP 比值及胸腺细胞凋亡的影响。结果:疏肝中药可降低应激小鼠cAMP 含量(P<0.01),调整 cAMP/cGMP 比值(P<0.01),减少胸腺细胞 DNA 片段化百分率(P<0.01)。结论:疏肝中药调整 cAMP、cGMP 含量,减少胸腺细胞凋亡的发生是其提高免疫功能的重要机制之一。Objective:To study the effect of Liver-soothing herbal drugs (LSHD) on serum cAMP,cGMP level and thymus cell's apoptosis and to discuss the mechanism of the improving of immune function in stressed mice.Methods:Restriction stressed model of mice were set up and the detection of serum cAMP,cGMP content,cAMP/cGMP ratio and thymus cells' apoptosis to assess the effect of LSHD on it.Results:LSHD lowered the cAMP of stressed mice (P<0.01);regulated the cAMP/cGMP ratio (P<0.01),reduced the percent- age of thymus cell DNA fragments(P<0.01).Conclusion:LSHD could regulate the content of cAMP and cGMP,reduce the genera- tion of thymus cells' apoptosis,which is one of the important mechanisms of improving immune function in stressed mice.
