摘　　要：以德治校是育人的需要 ,也是化解矛盾、凝聚人心、团结一致 ,把学校工作搞上去的需要。Main idea, colleges & universities, act as the machine tool of educction, it is necessary to run a school by moralizing as well as to mediate controdiction concentrate & reinforce people*ss minds for the sake of our improvement. To say truth, morality & intelligence are eqality weighed. Moral factors play a vital foce in people*ss success, it helps firstly to make advantage in people*ss life object, and stimulate peope*ss devoted spirit in their work as well.
