摘　　要：“三个代表”的重要思想不仅对党的建设具有重要指导意义 ,而且对党的组织工作、宣传工作、教育工作以及党的其它工作都具有很强的指导性。目前 ,我们面临西部大开发 ,为振兴西部地区经济 ,必须依靠科学技术的进步 ,依靠高素质的劳动者。因此 ,开发西部地区科教要先行 ,教育要改革 ,要大力发展教育 ,培养各级各类人才。The thought of 'Three Representations' means much not only to our party building, but also to our Party's organization, propaganda, education and ect. Today we face to the development of west China. We must rely on the advanced science and technology, and also the labours of high quality. Therefore, wo should keep the vanguard science and education, substain the reform of education in order to train persons for special abilities.\;As long as we train qualified scientists and technicians, we can make use of the natural resources in order to promote the economic development of west China.
