摘　　要：本文介绍一种自行研制的绝缘子切槽成型机的结构和工作原理.一个气缸的双向运动代替两个执行元件的直线运动使其经济合理结构紧凑;气动系统回路的安全保护措施使应用更为可靠.The structure and working principle of Insulator cutting formation machine was introduced which was studied and made ourselves .The straight line motion of two actuators was substituted by two directive motion of one pneumatic cylinder, which made the machine more economic and more compact.The safety protection was applied in pneumatic circuit,which made the machine more credible and more reliable.
