摘　　要：目的量化评估入伍新兵心理健康水平并探讨其相关因素,为有效实施新兵心理健康宣教和心理训练提供科学依 据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、特质性元情绪量表(TMMS)和自编的一般情况问卷对1200名新兵实施团体心理测 验,回收有效问卷1077份,将SCL-90结果与军队常模和地方常模进行比较,SCL-90总分与TMMS总分及其分量表分作相 关性检验。结果:新兵SCL-90各因子均显著高于地方常模(P<0.01),与军人常模比较强迫、焦虑因子偏高(P<0.01,P< 0.05),而忧郁偏低(P<0.05),其他因子无显著差别;不同来源、文化程度的新兵的SCL-90各因子存在不同程度差异,是否独 生子女对躯体化和偏执2个因子得分有影响(P<0.01,P<0.05),而父母关系对其影响较大(P<0.05);SCL-90总分与 TMMS总分及其分量表分呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:入伍新兵虽然表现出一定的心身症状,但从总体看心理健康状况 尚可。结果提示对新兵进行心理干预时,要充分考虑其家庭关系对其心理健康的影响,重视培养其对情绪的辨别和控制能力。Objective:To quantitatively assess the mental health status in recruits and to analyze its related factors,pro-viding scientific basis for mental health education and psychological training.Methods:The mental health and emotion factors in 1077 recruits were assessed by SCL-90,TMMS and self-designed questionnaire,and the factor score of SCL-90was com-pared with army man norm and civilian's norm.Results:Every factor score of SCL-90was obviously higher than that of civilian's norm(P<0.01).Factor scores of obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety in recruits were higher than those in army man(P<0.01or P< 0.05), and anxiety score was lower in rescuits(P<0.05).The total score of SCL-90was nega-tively related to that of TMMS and its factors(P<0.01).Meanwhile,all factors of SCL-90in recruits were significantly influ-enced by growing environment,education,and parental relationship.Only children got high scores in somatization and paranoid (P<0.01or P< 0.05). Conclusion:The mental health of recruits in this study is normal,although there are some negative syndromes in SCL-90.It is suggested that when mental health education and psychological training are conducted,importance should be attached to parental relationship,and the ability of emotion cognition and control should be cultivated.[
