摘  要:目的探索适合新兵心身特点的心理健康教育和适应性心理训练模式,并评估其军事应激反应强度及其心理健康水 平。方法:随机抽取某部160名新兵,分为心理训练组和对照组(每组80名),根据动机、情绪认知和团队建设等理论设计心理 训练方案,对心理训练组实施为期6周的心理训练。在训练结束后1周采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和应付方式问卷评估心理 训练后新兵的心理健康水平和心理应付方式的变化情况。结果:心理训练组和对照组在SCL-90量表的躯体化、强迫、人际关 系、忧郁、敌意、偏执等6个因子上存在显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);应付方式评估,训练组求助分值显著高于对照组 (P<0.01),而自责、逃避、幻想等3个因子分值显著低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:经过心理训练后新兵的总体心理 健康水平提高,表明心理训练有助于提高新兵心理素质。Objective:To search for a psychological training method and to assess its effect on mental health of army re cruits.Methods:Totally160army recruits were chosen randomly and were divided into experiment group(n=80)and control group(n=80).Experiment group were trained by the plan based on motivation,emotion and experiential learning theory for6 weeks.The2groups were assessed by SCL-90and Coping Style Scale1week after the training.Results:Six factors of SCL-90(somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal-sensitivity,depression,hostility and paranoid-ideation)and4factors of Coping Style Scale(self-blame,help,fantasy and escape)were significantly different between the2groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).The score of help in the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),while those of self-blame,escape and fantasy in experiment group were significantly lower compared with those of control group (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Mental health of the new recruits receiving psychological training is improved,which sug-gests that psychological training is helpful for psychological diathesis in army recruits. [
