摘　　要：目的定量超声评估类风湿关节炎(RA)骨质量变化特征及其骨质疏松发生率。方法:定量超声测定86例RA患者 (男20例,女64例)跟骨宽带超声振幅衰减(BUA)和超声传导速度(SOS),并与性别、年龄匹配的健康人作比较,同时分析 RA患者骨质疏松发生率。结果:RA各组(总体、男、女组)BUA值均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),各组SOS与 正常对照组无显著差异。类风湿因子阳性组(n=56)BUA值显著低于类风湿因子阴性组(n=28,P<0.05),RA组骨质疏松发 生率达51.2%,正常对照组15.5%,两者之间有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:RA继发骨质疏松十分常见,定量超声BUA测定 可敏感反映RA引起的骨质下降。Objective:To study the features of bone quality changes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)by quan-titative ultrasound.Methods:Broadband ultrasound attenuation(BUA)and speed of sound(SOS)were measured by quantita-tive ultrasound in86RA patients(20male and64female)and the results were compared with age-,sex-marched healthy peo ple.Results:BUA in RA patients were significantly lower than that in healthy people(P<0.05,P<0.01).Moreover,BUA in patients with positive rheumatoid factor(RF)(n=56)were also lower than that in patients with negative RF(n=28,P<0.05).But the value of SOS had no significant differences between RA and control group,or between positive RF patients and negative RF patients.The incidence of osteoporosis in RA patients was51.2%,which was higher than that in control group(15.5%,P<0.01).Conclusion:Osteoporosis in RA is common and may be related to disease activity.Bone loss could be detected by BUA in RA patients.
