摘　　要：认为传统中医学研究方法简单，理论质朴难以适应临床的需要，指出瘤毒是肿瘤病机的实质．而传统的气滞、血瘀、痰凝、正虚等．只是瘤毒病机的兼见病机或结果非肿瘤的关键，因而主张以抗癌为主，同时辅以传统的辨证论治。The writer thinks that in malignant tumor the reaserch methods and theories of traditional medicine are too easy to suit for the clincial needs. She points out the essence that the toxin of cancer is the pathomechanism of cancer. In tradition,the stagnation of Qi,blood stasis,the stagntion of phlegm and inferiority of the vital are accompanied with the toxin of cancer or are the effect of cancer,not the key to cancer. Therefore,she insists that resisting cancer is main .accompa nied with the traditional diagnosis and treatment which base on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms
