摘　　要：阐述出血性中风急性期病理基础、发病机理、传变规律，提出相应的救治原则，为建立急性出血性中风专有中医理论体系奠定基础，并对中医药救治本病寻求高效、强力、安全的治疗方案与药物有所启发和指导作用。This article concludes the pathological basis, pathogenesis and process about the acute stage of bleeding apoplexy. The author brings up the correspondnig treatment principles, and es-tablishes a foundation for the Traditional Chinese Medicine’s theory system about the disease. So the thinking can act as a clue for a high effective, safe medicine and plan.
