摘  要:为探讨开搏通(CPT)对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的血管内皮细胞(VEC)功能的影响,本文对9只SHR给予CPT(CPT组)7d,分别以10只WKY大鼠和10只SHR为正常对照组(WKY组)和实验对照组(SHR组),观察大鼠的血浆一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)的浓度及给药前后血压(BP)的变化。结果显示,CPT组给药第4天和给药第7天BP均较给药前下降(P<0.001);CPT组的NO高于SHR组(P<0.01),而其ET低于后者(P<0.01)。提示CPT可改善SHR的VEC功能,增加NO合成与释放、减少ET的产生与分泌,这可能是CPT降压的又一重要机制。Objective: To investigate the effects of captopril (CPT) on the function of endothelial cells in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR). Method: 10 WKY rats were used as the normal group, 10 SHR as the hypertensive control group and 9 SHR, that would have been treated with CPT for seven days, as the treatmental group. The levels of these animals' blood pressure(BP) , plasmic nitric oxide (NO) and plasmic endothelin(ET) were determined. Results: On the 4th and 7th day, the BP of treat-mental group decreased (P<0. 001), compared with their pre -treatmental BP. The level of NO in hypertensive control group was the lowest and ET was highest among three groups (P<0. 01). Conclusion:It is suggested that CPT can improve effectively the function of endothelial cells, which maybe an new important mechanism to treat hypertension.
