摘　　要：阐述了红土型金矿的分类，以典型矿床实例简要介绍了贵州红土型金矿的特征。从大地构造环境、断裂构造、矿源体、古气候、地形地貌、水文地质及红土层的发育与保存几方面对红土型金矿的成矿条件作了粗浅的分析，在此基础上探讨了该类型金矿的综合找矿标志。The division of the lateritical gold deposits are briefed. The typical ore deposits are exemplified to introduce their mineralizing characteristics. The metallogenic conditions are analysed through tectonic settings, fracture, ore source, paleoclimate, land form, hydrology, development and preservation of lateritical section. Finally, the prospecting targets are delineated based on the summary of ore-searching guides and effective methods.
