荨麻疹患者血清吸入性过敏原的检测

摘　　要：目的 :探讨病因不明荨麻疹患者的过敏原情况。方法 :利用美国 ASI公司生产的吸入性过敏原体外检测系统 (IVT70 1试剂盒 )对 1 1 6例病因不明的荨麻疹患者的吸入性过敏原进行检测。结果 :总Ig E阳性率为 97.4 1 % ,六类过敏原阳性率从高到低依次为 类 (蒿树植物 ) 2 1 .5 5 % , 类 (普通豚草、巨大豚草 ) 1 4 .6 6 % , 类 (真菌 ) 1 3.80 % , 类 (屋尘 ) 1 1 .2 1 % , 类 (粉尘螨 ) 1 1 .2 1 % , 类 (榆树、柳树、杨树 ) 9.4 5 %。 类与 类之间 (χ2 =6 .4 4,p=0 .0 1 ) ,与 类之间 (χ2 =4 .5 3,p=0 .0 3) ,与 类之间 (χ2 =4 .5 3,p=0 .0 3)差异有显著性。同时对患者不同年龄及性别阳性率进行了统计。结论Objective: To investigate the status of the inspiratory allergen inthe patients with urticaria without obvious pathogeny. Methods: The system for t he detection on the inspratory allergen in vitro made by the ASI company in America was used to detect the inspiratory allergen in 116 patients with urticaria without obvious pathology. Results:The positive rate of total IgE was 97.4%. The positive rates of six inspiratory allergen from high to low were 21.55% (class Ⅴ), 14.16% (class Ⅳ), 13.08% (class Ⅲ), 11.21% (class Ⅱ),11.21% (class Ⅰ) and 9.45% (class Ⅵ).There were statistical differences between class Ⅴ and class Ⅵ (x 2=6.44, p=0.01),between classⅤand class Ⅰ (x 2=4.53, p=0.03), between class Ⅴ and class Ⅰ (x 2=4.53, p=0.03). The diffeinspiratory allergen among different ages and different sex were also discussed.Conclusion:The detection of the specific inspiratory allergen in the patients with urticaria is important and significant.
