摘  要:应用免疫细胞化学技术,对大鼠和小鼠子官VIP免疫反应神经纤维的分布进行了观察。结果发现,大鼠和小鼠子宫均含有丰富的VIP免疫反应神经纤维,子宫壁各层均有分布,血管层和内膜中最多。在子宫角、子官体和子宫颈间未见明显差异。VIP免疫反应神经纤维的直径大部分为3~7μm,在肌层和内膜还见到直径6~9μm,甚至16μm以上短而粗的纤维束。VIP免疫反应神经纤维在子宫壁血管旁、上皮下和肌束间均有分布,提示VIP作为神经递质可能参与子宫功能活动的调节。The distribution of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) immunoreactivenerves in the uteri of rats and mice were studied by means of immunohistochemistry method.The result showed that VIP immunoreactive nerves were present in every layer of the uterinewall of rats and mice, being more numerous in the vascular layer and endometrium. Therewere no obvious distributive differences among the horn, body and cervix of the uterus.The diameter of most VIP immunoreactive nerves is 3~7μm. In muscle layer and en-dometrium, some shorter and thicker fibrous bundles, diameter of which is 6~9μm, evenmore than 16μm, can be seen. VIPergic nerve fibers were present around the vessels, be-neath the epithelium and among the muscle bundls. These suggested that the VIP may playa role in regulating the physiological functions of the uterus.
