复方红景天制剂对小鼠运动能力的影响

摘　　要：通过检测CRM 灌胃后的小鼠在不同运动状态下体重、BLA、BUN 指标的变化和常压缺氧能力及力竭游泳时间。目的在于:探讨红景天复方制剂(CRM) 对小鼠运动能力的影响。结果表明:CRM 可提高小鼠常压耐缺氧能力、延长力竭游泳时间、降低BLA、BUN 水平、减缓小负荷运动组小鼠体重增长趋势、增加较大负荷量运动组小鼠体重增长趋势。从而说明,CRM 可通过调节代谢平衡提高小鼠运动能力。To find the effect of Compound Rhodiola Mixture (CRM) on the motor activity of mice.Methods:Test capacities of hypoxia resisting and exhaustive swimming among the mice fed CRM by perfusion.Detect weight,BLA,BUN after these mice burdened with different loads of exercises.Compared all these indices to those of the contrast group.Results:Indications could be found in the mice fed CRM by perfusion:1) Capacity of hypoxia resisting was raise.2)Enduring time of exhaustive swimming was prolonged.3) The Levels of BLA and BUN after exercises were decreased.4) Weight increased lower in the light load exercise group but higher in the relatively high load exercise group when compared to the contrast group.Conclusion:Effect of CRM on raising motor activity functioned by adjusting the balance of metabolism.
