摘　　要：目的：评价ＡＡＩ生理性起搏的临床疗效及其与起搏参数的关系。　方法：对３８ 例病态窦房结综合征和２ 例反复室速患者实施ＡＡＩ起搏，并就ＡＡＩ起搏适应证的选择、起搏参数的掌握及如何避免电极脱位和微脱位等问题进行了讨论。　结果：３８ 例病窦患者因缓慢性心律失常引起的主要症状均消失，２ 例反复室速患者得以控制，３ 例脱位和微脱位患者经处理后起搏功能恢复正常。　结论：ＡＡＩ起搏是一种简易、经济的生理性起搏，值得推广应用。Objectives: This study was to assess the clinical effect and correlation with Pacing parameters after AAI pacing. Methods: AAI pacemakers were implanted in 38 patients with SSS and 2 cases with ventricular tachycardia. Some issues as how to select the indication and pacing parametens, how to avoid electrode dislocation were discussed in this study. Results: Main syndromes induced by SSS in 38 patients were vanished and had ventricular tachycardial under control in 2 cases after AAI pacing. Pacing malfunctions in 3 cases of pacing electrode dislocations return to normal by management. Conclusions: AAI Pacing is an economical and effective method to some patient with SSS.
