摘  要:目的 :研究扫雷艇高强度交变磁场对机体全身暴露的影响。方法 :模拟扫雷艇主机舱高强度 (5 0mT)磁场环境 ,使兔和大鼠全身暴露 2 8d(2~ 4h/d) ,实验结束后立即同步测试暴露组与对照组的兔血清生化指标、兔血液中红细胞免疫功能和大鼠体内神经肽含量的变化。结果 :4h/d暴露组兔血液中肿瘤红细胞花环率显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,2h/d暴露组也有升高趋势 ;2h/d暴露组大鼠血浆内AVP含量显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ) ,4h/d暴露组也有升高趋势 ;两个暴露组大鼠垂体内AVP含量均显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;其它指标无显著变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :5 0mT高强度交变磁场全身间断暴露 2 8d对血清生化指标和红细胞免疫功能未见不良影响 ,似可提高红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力 ,但可引起机体血浆和垂体内AVP含量增加 ,导致痛阈升高和焦虑样反应。Aim:To study the effects of whole body exposure to mine sweeping boat high strength alternating magnetic field on the rabbits and rats. Methods:Rabbits and rats were exposed to simulated high strength (50mT) magnetic field environment of the main engine room of a mine sweeping boat for 28 days (2 4h/d). Immediately after the experiment, rabbit serum biochemical indexes and red cell immunological function and rat neuropeptide were measured in both the exposure group and control group. Results:The rate of rabbit blood tumour red cell line loop in the 4h/d exposure group was significantly higher than the control group (P< 0.05 ) and had the tendency to increase in the 2h/d exposure group. The content of AVP in rat plasm in the 2h/d exposure group was markedly higher than the control group (P<0.01) and had a tendency to increase in the 4h/d exposure group too. The content of rat pituitary AVP in two exposure groups were all significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05 or P< 0.01 ). Conclusion:28 day whole body intermittent exposure to mine sweeping boat high strength (50mT) alternating magnetic field produces no adverse effects on serum biochemical indexes and red cell immunological function and is likely to improve the ability of red cells conglutinating tumour cells. However, it can increase the content of plasm and pituitary AVP and thus result in an elevation of the pain threshold and the anxiety like response.
