摘  要:目的 :为了确保各种饮水舱涂料在海军舰船应用的安全及可靠 ,必须对拟用涂料进行卫生鉴定及毒性评价。方法 :在调查的基础上 ,注意舰船饮水舱贮水期较长的特点 ,以多项国家标准及相关标准为依据 ,首次采用了饮用水及食品的卫生鉴定及毒性评价相综合的方法。结果 :两种涂料浸泡水的水质均符合国家生活饮用水标准 ;浸泡水特有溶出物的浓度均极低 ;毒理学试验的半致死量均大于 10 g/kg ;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染细胞微核无致畸作用及致突变活性。 结论 :两种涂料在正常条件下使用是安全的。Objective: To ensure the safety and reliability of the paints to be used in the drinking tanks on the naval vessels, hygienic evaluation and toxicity assessment must be performed. Methods: On the basis of investigations, a number of national standards and relevant criteria were used for reference, attention was given to the storage features of the drinking water in the tanks, and a method of integrating hygienic evaluation with toxicity assessment of the drinking water and food was adopted for the first time. Results:The quality of the water in the painted tanks conformed to the national standard of drinking water. The density of the dissolved substance in the immersing water of the painted tanks was extremely low. Median lethal dose of toxicity tests was larger than 10g/kg. No teratogeny and mutagent of bone marrow polychromatic cellular micronucleus were found in the mice. Conclusion: The two types of paints used in the drinking tanks are safe under the normal conditions.
