摘　　要：目的　探讨针刺结合穴位注射疗法治疗中风偏瘫的有效性。方法　 98例中风偏瘫患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 6 0例(针刺结合穴位注射 ) ,对照组 38例 (针刺疗法 ) ,并进行疗效及神经功能缺损评定。结果　治疗组总有效率为 96 .7% ,对照组总有效率为 84 .2 % ,两组比较有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗前后神经功能缺损评分有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ,组间比较有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。Purpose To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture in combination with point injection for treatment of apoplectic hemiplegia. Method Ninety eight patients with apoplectic hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups, a treatment group of 60 cases (acupuncture plus point injection) and a control group of 38 cases (acupuncture). The curative effects and nervous function deficit were evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 84.2% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups( P <0.05). There was a significant difference in nervous function deficit score between pretreatment and posttreatment( P <0.01) and between the groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture in combination with point injection has an exact effect on apoplectic hemiplegia.
