摘　　要：监督是行政廉洁的必要要求，在我国的行政监督体系中，行政监察起着主干作用，而有效行政监察的行使必须以加强行政监察的权威性为前提；同时，还要搞好行政监察工作的自身建设。Supervision is the inevitable demand of being administrative clean and honest. In the system ofadministrative supervision of our country, administrative supervision plays a very important role, and theefficient executive of the administrative supervision presupposes on the strengthening of the authority ofthe administrative supervision. It's also of equal importance to perfect the administrative supervision system itself.
