天津口岸入出境人员1995—1997年疾病监测结果分析

摘　　要：本文对1995—1997年经天津口岸入出境人员19909人监测体检情况进行了分析。发现各类疾病及检查指标异常共有5335例,占受检人员26.80%,其中心电异常1601例;高血压1482例;陈旧性肺结核232例(其中活动性肺结核3例);视力低下1328例;HBshg阳性646例;HBeAg阳性42例;梅毒3例;HIV抗体阳性1例。通过对入出境人员监测体检对确保出境人员的身体健康和防止传染病的传入传出是一种简单确实可行的方法,三年来经过监测体检分析为今后的传染病监测做好预防、控制工作提供参考依据。Objectives:In order to improve the disease surveillance, analysis was made on physical examination data in the past 3 years. Methods: Classification and statistical analysis was conducted on physical examination data of persons who entered or left Tianjin port during 1995-1997. Results:There were 19909 persons examined,among whom 646 cases were HBsAg positive, 3 cases Syphilis, one case was HIV positive and 232 cases TB. Discussion:Routine physical examination of persons entering or leaving the frontiers is one of the important means to survey infectious diseases.
