摘　　要：电压寿命指数Ｎ 是描述绝缘老化性能的特征参数。由于二元Ｗｅｉｂｕｌｌ分布与电老化定律在评价绝缘电老化特性上存在等价性，为此给出了应用极大似然法对二元Ｗｅｉｂｕｌｌ分布进行参数估计从而获得电压寿命指数Ｎ 值的方法。出于演示和验证该方法的目的，最后给出了一个应用实例。Abstract Since the equality between the two dimensional Weibull distribution and the Law of electrical aging,a method for estimation of the voltage endurance coefficient N is presented in the paper,which is based on the maximum likelihood estimation of two dimensional Weibull distribution parameters.The example of application is presented for demonstration.
