心衰患者淋巴细胞β1-受体基因变化的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨外周血淋巴细胞β１ － 受体基因变化与心功能分级及临床参数的关系。方法　采用逆转录－多聚酶链式反应（ＲＴ－ ＰＣＲ） 技术，对２０ 例健康对照者和６０例不同心功能状态心脏病病人的外周血淋巴细胞β１ － 受体ｍＲＮＡ水平进行测定。结果　外周血淋巴细胞β１ － 受体ｍＲＮＡ水平随心衰级别的增高而下降；随病人年龄增加、病程延长、左室质量增加、左室舒张功能减退而下降，与体重指数、血压、血脂、血糖关系不明显。结论　心衰的发生发展与β１－ 受体基因表达异常有关。病人的年龄、病程、左室质量、左室舒张功能对其水平有影响。可通过检测外周血淋巴细胞β１－ 受体ｍＲＮＡ水平来判断病人心功能状态。Objective To investigate the rela tionship among circulation lymphocyte β1-receptor mRNA and cardiacfunctionalclass and clinicalindex. Methods The β1 -receptor mRNAlevels were measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT- PCR) .Sixty heartfailure patients were studied andtwenty health peo ple were studied as control. Results There was a good correlation betweenfunction class and β1 - receptor mR NAlevels.The reduction ofβ1 receptor mRNAlevelcor related well with increased age,disease history,leftven tricular mass. Conclusions The level of β1 receptor mRNAmay play an important role in the onset of heart failure.Patient’s age ,disease history ,andleftventricular mass can influence it. We can evaluate patient’s cardiac function by measuring circulating lymphocyte β1 receptor mRNAlevel.
