中西医结合治疗急性扁桃体炎160例疗效观察

摘　　要：急性扁桃体炎在临床上发病率较高,治疗不当可引起严重并发症,为了治疗急性扁桃体炎,预防其并发症,笔者采用山西大同市光明制药厂生产的“疏风清热胶囊”治疗160例本病患者,其中110例痊愈,20例好转,16例显效,14例无效,总有效率达91.25％。而无效者是急性扁桃体化胀或合并其它感染者,经合理配合使用抗生索后均治愈、提示运用中西医结合疗法治疗扁桃体炎,效果显著,值得临床推广。The incidence of acute tonsillitis is high. Improper treatment may cause severe complications. To treat this disease and prevent its complications,-the author treated 160 tonsillitis patients with Shufen Qingre Capsules. Of the 160 patients, 110 were cured,20 improved, the effectual effect was observed in 16, and inefficacy in 14, the total effective rate accounted for 91.25% .The patients with acute retmnaiuar abscess or with other complications, who didn' t respond to the medicine, were cured after they were treated with the capsules in combination with antibiotics. We suggest that combined traditional Chinese and western medicine is significantly effective in treating acute tonsiliitis and deserves to be widely used in clinic.
