摘　　要：目的：对9例先天性无阴道患者行乙状结肠移植人工阴道成形术。方法：采用肠段切除，阴道造穴等手术方法。结果：术后无并发症，随访人工阴道在外观及功能上极似自然阴道、夫妇性生活满意。结论：采用乙状结肠进行人工阴道成形术成功率高，具有广泛前景。Objective 9 patients with congenital absence of vagina had artificial vaginoplasty by sigmoid transplantation. Methods The removal of intestinal sngment was carried out in the operation. Results No complications was found, and the follow - up survey showed that artifitial vaginas bore a close resemblance to natural ones not only in outward appearance but also in function. Both husband and wife were very pleased with their sexual life. Conclusion The operation has a high success rate and the prospect of being widely used.
