通心络胶囊对冠心痛心绞痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:30例经消心痛等治疗仍不能完全控制心绞痛症状的冠心病心绞痛患者,服用通心络胶囊,12粒/日,分3次服,共4周。结果:控制冠心病心绞痛总有效率86.67％,在缓解心绞痛改善异常心电图(ST段下移≥0.05mv,T波低平或倒置)等方面作用显著(P均<0.001),未发现严重毒副作用。结论:通心络胶囊适用于冠心病心绞痛患者。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongxinluo in angina patients. Methods;30 patients, with angina symptom who had failed to be cured by receiving carvasin, took 12 Tongxinluo capsules daily with principal meals for four weeks. Results; The effective rate was 86.67%. lower S -T segments and flat T wave and negative T wave on electrocardiogram were restored to normal, (mean P<0.001) . No severe toxic side effects were presented. Conclusion: Tongxinluo capsules can be applied to angina patients.
