丁公藤注射液对牛蛙坐骨神经结构和传导的影响

摘　　要：稀释的丁公藤注射液（ＩＥ）涂布于离体的牛蛙坐骨神经，可阻滞神经冲动的传导⒚１０％ ＩＥ可使神经干复合动作电位Ａαβ、Ａδ和Ｃ诸成分的潜伏期均延长；而２５％ ＩＥ不仅能使各类成分的潜伏期发生显著性延长，而且能使各类成分的幅度有显著性的减小⒚上述浓度ＩＥ的传导阻滞作用是可逆的，并具有明显的量效关系⒚同样。Injection Erycibe (IE) was locally applied on a part of the Sciatic Nerve of Bullfrog. 12 minutes after administration with 5%IE, 10%IE and 25%IE respectively, the latencies of C components of the compound action potential were delayed and the bi layers structure of axon membrane of C fibre was changed correspondingly. There was does-dependency between concentration of IE and its effects on the nerve.
