摘　　要：本文针对底层框架─—抗震墙砖房抗震设计中的一些问题，进行分析和探讨，并提出了自己的看法；本文可用于此类建筑的概念设计。In this paper, some problems of seismic design of multistorey brick buildings withframe-shear wall on ground storey are analysed and discussed, and the author's personal veiw isstated here as well. This paper may be applied to concept design of this type of building.
