摘　　要：Internet技术的发展和普及,为实现网络管理的灵活性、廉价性和方便性提供了极大的机遇。文章描述了结合Internet Web技术的网络系统管理的特点和基本模型,并结合一个实用电子邮政系统的网络系统管理探讨了基于Web的网络管理的应用。With the development and prevalence of the Internet and Web, the flexible, cost - saving and convenient network management becomes possible. This thesis describes the feature ands models of Web-based network, management. Then, combining with the design of a network messaging system, it describes the application of Web - based network management.
