摘　　要：G.729是国际电联电信标准部门第十五研究组(ITU-T SG15)近几年来在语音编码方面取得的最大标准化成呆。该标准所用的算法为“共轭结构一代数码激励线性预测(CS-ACELP)”,其编码速率为8kb/s。文中介绍了G.729中所用到的一些关键编码技术。G. 729 is the largest result in the standardization of speeching coding of International Telecommunication Union Study Group 15(ITU -T SG15)in recent years. In this standard, the used algorithm is 'Conjugate - Structure Algebraic - Code - Excited Linear - Prediction(CS - ACELP)', and the rate is 8kb/s. This paper introduces some key technologies which are used in the Standard G. 729.
