摘　　要：文章简要介绍了企业务接入网的成本决定因素。详细讨论了实现低成本接入的方法,包括降低初装成本的方法和降低OAM成本的方法。给出了关于全业务接入网现场试验的部分情况。In this paper, the aspects that decide the cost of Full - Service Access Networks are given briefly. Then the methods to realize the cost - effective access are discussed in detail, including reduction of the initial costs and OAM costs. Some field trials are also given.
