摘　　要：平流层通信含有卫星通信以及地面无线通信的许多长处,同时具有自己独特的优势。文中主要从实现平流层通信系统的角度出发,介绍高速多用途多种类用户无线接入的平流层通信系统的基本构成。对平流层通信系统和地面通信系统与卫星通信系统的不同进行了比较,并对平流层通信系统的主要性能、应用前景和有待解决的主要问题进行了分析和讨论。Stratospheric communication technology has many advantages of both terrestrial systems and satellite systems, while at the same time, it brings advantages of its own , In this paper, a broad telecommunication system is described which is based on stratospheric communication platform , to show how to realize a stratospheric communication system. Various differences between stratospheric communication systems , terrestrial systems and satellite systems are investigated and compared. The main performance for a stratospheric communication system is analyzed, finally, its application prospect and some problems for this technology are discussed.
