摘　　要：ATM网络支持IP组播是IP和ATM集成的一个重要方面。IP组播属于接收者控制结构,ATM网络支持的组播属于发送者控制结构,ATM网络支持IP组播的关键是两种结构之间的匹配。文中对匹配方法进行了研究,并进行了一些讨论。IP multicasting over ATM is an important subject to integration of IP and ATM. IP multicasting architecture is one of 'receiver - controlling ' models, while the multicasting service supported by the ATM Forum' s UNI3. 1 signaling specifications is one of 'sender- controlling' models. The mechanism of matching IP' s receiver- controlling architecture to ATM' s sender- controlling architecture is the key to IP multicasting over ATM. In this paper, the mechanism of matching them is studied and some issues are discussed.
