菖蒲雾化合剂镇咳、抗炎、抑菌作用

摘　　要：目的验证菖蒲雾化合剂镇咳、消炎、抑菌作用。方法用电刺激引起猫喉上神经及用氨水刺激小鼠引起咳嗽,用角叉菜胶造成大鼠足跖肿胀,然后给动物菖蒲雾化合剂观察其疗效,亦做了菖蒲雾化合剂的体外抑菌实验。结果菖蒲雾化合剂可以明显降低猫及小鼠的咳嗽次数,对小鼠足趾肿胀有明显的抗炎作用,体外抑菌实验表明,该合剂对金葡菌等9个茵种均有不同程度的抑制作用。结论菖蒲雾化合剂具有较好镇咳、抗炎及抑菌作用。Objectives To study the atitussive,antiinflammation and bacteriostasis of Chang-pu-wu-hua-he-ji.Methods The cough of mice was induced by electrical stimulation to superior laryngeal nerve and amonia water to trachea tract and carrageenin was used to induce toe's swelling of rats.And ten Chang-pu-wu-hua-he-ji was used to treat the cough and swelling.The bacteriostass of the drug in vitro was also observed.Re- sults Chang-pu-wu-hua-he-ji could ob iously reduce coughing times of felines and mice,and also could obviously decrease the toe's swelling of mice.Bacteriostasis in vitro showed that this drug has(to different extents),inhibition effects on 9 bacteria,such as staphylococcus aureus etc.Conclusions Chang-pu-wu-hua-he-ji has good antitussive,antiinflammation and bacteriostasis.
