摘　　要：本文概述了我国信息产业持续快速发展的基本情况，论述了制约产业进一步健康发展的主要问题，分析了问题的成因主要在于结构性矛盾（包括人力资源结构不当）。文中同时综述了信息产业发展的基本趋势及其对产业结构调整、人才国际竞争的影响与作用，在此基础上，提出了信息产业人才应具备的基本特征。This paper introduces the basic situations of continuous and rapid development of IT industry in our country,discusses main problems that impede the sound development of the industry and analyzes the problems resulting instructural conflictions(including irrational human resources structure)- It also discusses the main trend of IT industry development and its impacts on industry structure adjustment and international talented competition,and fina1ly the basic qualities needed for IT talented are proposed.
